The DSP Blackrock fund bought 9,50,000 shares of Sunteck Realty at a weighted average price of Rs 415.50 per share. In October 2017 the company raised Rs 650 crore via a qualified institutional placement (QIP) and promoter capital infusion.
The Mumbai-based real estate developer primarily caters to the ultra-luxury and luxury residential segment. SRL has a project portfolio of nearly 30 million sq ft across 25 projects, with nearly 12.3 msf under execution by the end of FY23.
