Eden City Mahestala, one of the largest housing projects in the city, has completed the first phase of its project.
Around 1,400 flats spread across 22 acres of the project in 27 towers have been completed at a cost of nearly Rs 450 crore. The project was funded through the UK-based F&C REIT Asset Management group.
Bookings for the second phase have begun.
