Godrej Properties will redevelop a private society-owned property here in Ghatkopar. The project, spread over 2.5 acres, will offer about 1.85 lakh sq ft of free sale area. The 139 existing tenants of the society will be rehabilitated as part of the project.
Godrej Properties’ wholly-owned subsidiary, Godrej Projects Development, has signed the redevelopment agreement with the society called Mukund Co-operative Housing Society.
Mr Pirojsha Godrej, Managing Director, Godrej Properties said, “This is the third redevelopment project we have signed in the city this year. This project fits in well with Godrej Properties’ strategy of building our presence in high quality locations across Mumbai.”
