Asset Signature Phase – I, a project of Asset Homes at Kazkhakkoottam, was selected as one of the three best projects nationally by CREDAI.
Asset Signature Phase – I won this achievement in “affordable housing non-metro category.”
As many as 112 projects from country’s 36 non-metro cities were considered for this. Asset Signature Phase–I was in the limelight earlier for its quality and timely completion of the project.
It is one of the few projects in Kerala which has Crisil 7-star rating, a press release said.
