Piramal Group’s real estate arm Piramal Realty today said it will pre-launch its luxury residential project ‘Piramal Revanta’ in suburban Mulund during its upcoming ‘The Revanta Royal Festival’ from March 17-19.
Spread across eight acres, the project will house towers to up to 60 storeys and will have 1, 2, 3 BHK apartments ranging in size from 450-1,200 sqft, the company said in a statement.
“We will be investing Rs 1,800 crore for the project, which will include land, and project development and execution costs. We expect the project to be completed in the next 6-7 years and generate revenues of around Rs 3,000 crore,” Piramal Group Executive Director Anand Piramal said.
Sales for over 200 units of Piramal Revanta will be open from March 11, he added.
