Real Estate firm Sobha Group has launched a new apartment, Sobha Hartland Greens located in Sobha Hartland, in Dubai.
The company said the apartment is part of an 8 million sq ft development in Dubai. "With the RBI relaxing previous rules and regulations, Dubai is steadily becoming one of the key markets to invest in for Indians," Sobha Group founder and chairman, PNC Menon said.
The company statement said that Indians topped the list of expatriate real estate buyers in Dubai with investments of Dh20 billion alone in 2015, as per Dubai Land Department. The total investment by Indians went up by over 10 per cent from Dh18.123 billion reported in 2014.
