Smart Value Homes Ltd (SVHL), a 100 per cent subsidiary of Tata Housing Development Company announced its sale of 100 units of the recently launched 'New Haven – Bengaluru' within 15 days of its launch.
New Haven is the first project in Bengaluru's Tumkur Road by Smart Value Homes Ltd.
The Managing Director & CEO of Tata Housing Development, Brotin Banerjee said: “This is our fourth project under the banner of Smart Value Homes and we are encouraged with the growing customer confidence. We will continue with our expansion plans in this segment.”
The project includes amenities such as swimming pool, gymnasium, retail shopping facilities and an indoor games room. The project will follow an integrated sustainable township approach, added a company statement.
