Tata Housing has launched the second phase of its luxury residential development ‘Amantra’ located on the Thane-Kalyan Road. Amantra’s second phase comprises 565 two- and three-BHK units, starting at Rs 5,800 per square foot .
The project was initially launched in October 2011 and included 700 two- and three-BHK units.
Amantra’s township comprises 14, 24, 29 and 34 storied towers. Spread over 22 acres, the project offers an elevated jogging track on the 14th floor among other features.
Tata Housing has 60 million square feet under various stages of planning and execution and an additional 19 million square feet in the pipeline across India’s tier I and tier II cities.
It is present across all consumer segments from value to luxury housing by offering products ranging from Rs 5 lakh to Rs 14 crore.
