Emerald Haven Realty Limited, an associate company of TVS Motors, launched its second residential housing project, GreenAcres, in Chennai, on Thursday.
The project in Kolapakkam near Tambaram will have 352 apartments and 40 villas spread across 18 acres. While the prices of apartments range from ₹25-50 lakh, villas range between ₹85 lakh and ₹91 lakh. The houses will be available for occupation by December 2017.
R Chandramouli, President and Chief Executive Officer, Emerald Haven Realty Limited, said one of reasons for choosing the stretch from Tambaram to Vandalur for both projects is the connectivity and proximity to educational institutions and hospitals.
