Vastushodh Projects, a real estate developer in the affordable housing segment, has unveiled its biggest ‘UrbanGram’ project at Urawade near Pirangut in Pune.
A brand typically aimed at home buyers in the middle income group, the latest project at Urawade will offer over 1,200 homes.
Located on 16 acres of land, the project comprises 9 buildings in a parking + 14 floors format. It will offer 1 & 2 BHK flats in an all-inclusive price range of Rs 19.46 to Rs 30.71 lakh, with separate buildings for one and two bedroom flats.
Amenities at UrbanGram – Urawade include outdoor fitness plaza, toddler’s activity area, amphitheatre, jogging track, bicycle track, volleyball and basketball courts, swimming pool, exclusive area for senior citizens and children, generator backup for lifts, common lighting and pumps, and beautiful landscaping.
The project has received all the required approvals and permission and the construction work has already commenced with sample flats ready at the site. Home finance institutions like HDFC and ICICI will offer home loans.
The previous UrbanGram projects have come up in areas like Kondhawe Dhawade, Shirwal, Pirangut, Kirkatwadi, Chakan and Baramati in Maharashtra.
