Global e-Cricket Premier League’s (GEPL) second season will be broadcast on JioStar’s linear and OTT platforms. The league will be aired on national television for the first time from April 27 - May 2 between 11 a.m. and 8 p.m.
GEPL, launched by JetSynthesys, is the world’s first franchise-based e-cricket league. The second season will take place in Bengaluru and reports a prize pool of ₹3.05 crore — a jump from last year’s ₹2.51 crore. Player interest grew fivefold for this season, going from 200,000 registrations in Season 1 to over 910,000 in Season 2.
