Sports legend Milkha Singh on Wednesday announced his association with a multi-sport fitness programme aimed at school-going children in the age group of 4-17 years — Milkha Surefit.

The programme will use scientifically developed and tested criterion to identify the right sport fitment for a child based on physical tests and examinations.

Singh said, “It has been 60 years since the country, with 120 crore population, won a gold at Olympics. I want more children to get better in athletics and win medals.”
