The Royal Challengers Bangalore have, no doubt, been an entertaining team over the years. Backed by the performances of some of the world's finest cricketers putting up a show of skill and brute force, the fans have had plenty of reason to cheer so far.

RCB in season eight has decided to take fan engagement to a whole new level, by introducing a whole array of exciting fan engagement drives this season, tailored for every kind of fan.

With this RCB has joined the bandwagon of a handful of sports clubs in the world, whose fan initiatives are driven by the aim to truly deliver unique experiences, second to none.

RCB has been the second sports team in the world (according to Mashable) to use Augmented Reality Tickets which provides fans with an all-round game day experience, through the use of the app, via which the fans can access all information - traffic updates, weather forecasts to parking spots, and other exciting features like a 3D stadium view along and the essential food and beverage access points.

Also, premiering this season, is #rcbinsider - an all access behind the scenes RCB fan, with the 'world famous in Bangalore' RJ Danish Sait onboard. The #rcbinsider provides an off-field access into the RCB locker room with exclusive footage!

The Chinnaswamy stadium has become the first stadium in India to have enhanced LED panels which facilitate a better in-stadia fan experience.

These panels will be populated with tweets from fans with #rcbinstadia, allowing fans to express themselves during the game. Along with this, RCB have also re-launched their app and website allowing fans away from the stadium to view live updates of the game, acquire merchandise and understand upcoming fixtures.
