The Reserve Bank of India's (RBI) move to extend the timings for customer transactions through Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS) system will come into effect from June 1. The timings for customer transactions (initial cut-off) in RTGS has been extended from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM, the RBI said in a notification on Tuesday.
NCP president Sharad Pawar will meet his party's leaders and lawmakers to take stock of the political situation in Maharashtra on June 1. In the meeting, Pawar is likely to discuss the reasons for the party's debacle in the recently concluded Lok Sabha elections.
