Konda Vishweshwar Reddy, entrepreneur and Lok Sabha MP from Chevella in Telangana decided to quit the Telangana Rastra Samithi (TRS) and his Lok Sabha seat.
Says disappointed
In a 3-page letter to TRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao on Tuesday, the first time MP expressed his disappointment on the way things were moving within the party and his role towards contributing positively.
He detailed his performance in the Parliament and the party during the four and a half years.
Reddy said he joined the TRS at the invitation of K Chandrasekhar Rao in 2014.
He felt the Telangana Rashtra Samithi was drifting away from public issues.
