Ramoji Film City acknowledged as ‘A Must Visit Destination’ by Theme Park Resorts World Asia Congress 2012, Shanghai. This is the only theme park from India to be accorded the honour.
The Film City which was chosen from several other projects in Asia to participate in the Congress was shortlisted as “RFC – a must visit destination for Leisure, Entertainment and Business.”
RFC has been set up on a 1666-acre site by the Ramoji Group.
Located about 50 km from here, the city serves as a film shooting destination and an entertainment park, said Rajeev Jalnapurkar, Vice-President who represented Ramoji Film City.
