Colorbar has launched Ultimate Nail Enamel Remover which promises to make removing nail polish simpler. One has to dip their fingers into the sponge in the bottle, hold for a minute and twist to remove the nail polish. The remover comes with an acetone-free formula, and is claimed to be enriched with Vitamin E and olive oil derivatives to protect and condition nails. It is priced at Rs 295 for a 100 ml bottle.

Maui Jim has launched MauiPure, scratch-resistant non-glass lenses. They are available at all major optical stores and are priced at Rs 15,980. They are claimed to be ultra-light with an ABBE value over 50. MauiPure lenses feature PolarizedPlus2 and bi-gradient mirrors to cut glare and block harmful UV rays. Sunglasses with MauiPure lenses are available in three new styles called Olowalu, Mala and Nakalele.

GlacialLight, a division of GlacialTech Inc, has added the GL-PIR10C, a versatile infrared motion sensing switch, to its range of lighting products. This passive infrared (PIR) motion sensor can be connected to a wide range of light sources to enhance ease of use, cut power consumption and improve security. User adjustable settings include light and motion sensitivity. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use in almost all lighting conditions, with an adjustable range of up to 12 meters. The PIR can switch the lights on automatically when people enter an area, keep them on as long as required, and switch them off again when people leave. It can handle rated loads of up to 1200W for incandescent lamps and 300W for energy-saving lamps. It is available at a price of Rs 840 with the authorised distributors in India.

Cavinkare’s Garden has come out with its diet range of snacks, which includes Diet Bhel, Diet Chivda and Lemon Bhel. The range is claimed to undergo a unique oil re-extraction hydro process during manufacturing, a step meant to reduce the fat content. The snacks are available at all retail outlets and come in family packs costing Rs 35 and packs costing Rs 10.
