Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput’s last movie, Dil Bechara will be released directly on an OTT (over-the-top) platform.
Disney+ Hotstar tweeted on Thursday that Dil Bechara will be streamed on Disney+ Hotstar on July 24. “For the love of Sushant and his love for cinema, the movie will be available to all subscribers and non-subscribers,” it tweeted.
Directed by Mukesh Chhabra, Dil Bechara is produced by Fox Star Studios. Amitabh Bhattacharya has written the lyrics for the movie, and AR Rahaman has composed the music for it.
Mukesh Chhabra tweeted that many plans were made together with Sushant Singh Rajput. He added that he never imagined to release this film without Sushant Singh Rajput.
Chhabra said he is glad that the producers have made it available for everyone to watch. This movie is an official remake of the 2014 Hollywood movie, The Fault in our Stars based on John Green’s popular novel of the same name.
Sushant’s previous movies, MS Dhoni Dhoni: The Untold Story (2016) and Chhichhore (2019) — were also produced by Fox Star Studios.
