Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad's (IIM-A) Post-Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX) has been empanelled in Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation' (ITEC) scholarship programme under which international candidates from 141 ITEC partner countries would be eligible for full scholarship. These scholarships are awarded by Ministry of External Affairs' Department of Programme Administration.
According to the ITEC website, international students who qualify and are admitted to the scholarship programmes/courses would be eligible for a return air-fare, full programme fee, monthly subsistence allowance, a stationery allowance and allowance for travelling in India. The international immersion programme component of the PGPX is not covered under the scholarship.
Foreign candidates applying for the PGPX at IIM Ahmedabad will have to first apply for the ITEC scholarship through the Indian embassy/mission office in their country.
The candidates will also have to apply for PGPX and get admitted through IIM Ahmedabad's admission process.
Applications for the 10th batch of one-year full-time management programme are currently open and will close on August 11, 2014.
