Tata Housing Development Company has launched its first pan-India retail brand, GoodLife, specially designed to bring plaza culture to new urban localities, according to a press release from the company.

The first of the GoodLife plazas will be at its 65-acre integrated township project in Boisar, a fast-growing suburb in Thane district, Maharashtra. Mr Brotin Banerjee, Managing Director, Tata Housing, said it is much more than a collection of shops with basic infrastructure and a conducive shopping environment with entertainment and diverse cuisines for the family.

Goodlife – Boisar, as a part of the integrated township, has a catchment of more than 2,500 families as the primary consumers. There is also the added advantage of being adjacent to Chillar Road, a 60-foot wide road that connects to NH8 Highway and is an arterial road interconnecting East and West Boisar.

Goodlife Boisar is planned spaciously on an expansive courtyard. It will be a Ground Plus 1 structure and will take shape into a hypermarket to cater to daily requirements of the township by offering range of products such as apparel, accessories and services like a bank branch, ATMs, salon, restaurants, a café and entertainment.

Purva Seasons in Bangalore

Puravankara Projects Limited has launched a Rs 700-crore, city centre super-luxury project “Purva Seasons” in Bangalore. This property, in a prime location, offers 2- and 3-Bedroom Hall Kitchen apartments of 1392 to 1980 square feet. There are almost 700 units in the project in CV Raman Nagar, a 15-minute drive from MG Road, and is a 5-minute drive from the 100 feet road in Indira Nagar, said a press release.

Tekla showcases BIM

Tekla India, Building Information Modelling (BIM) software provider is showcasing its 3D BIM technology, including its latest offering 3D BIM in concrete constructions projects.

Mr Nirmalya Chatterjee, Chief Operating Officer, Tekla India, said in a press release, advancements and technology breakthroughs have changed concrete construction industry, leading to more advanced and automated form.
