Mantri Developers have launched Mantri Serenity, a new residential project in Bangalore.

Mantri Serenity offers locational advantage to its residents and amenities for an ultra modern lifestyle, according to a press release from the company.

‘Uniworld Resorts'

Unitech, the integrated developer of large-scale real estate project, plans to launch ‘Uniworld Resorts', a residential project in the midst of bustling Electronic City, Phase - I, Bangalore.

The project fits in the walk-to-work culture as it is in close vicinity to the major IT campuses, said a press release from the company.

Spread over 20 acres, it offers low rise towers of ground and floor floors, with each tower comprising duplex and simplex units with a choice of 2.5, 3 and 4 bedroom units in sizes of 1,930 – 4,100 sq.ft starting at Rs 80 lakh.

Century Real Estate, among the largest owners of real estate in Bangalore, has launched an ultra luxury project – the Century Renata in the heart of Bangalore on Richmond Road where the units are priced between Rs 5 crores and Rs 11 crores.

According to a press release from the company, Century Renata comprises 36 exclusive units on a 1.5 acre property.

This Rs 140-crore project will have units on four-floors with ample parking space and private gardens for each apartment. The penthouses range between 4,000 sq. ft and 6,000 sq. ft.

“There are very few sites of this size in the CBD area of Bangalore and we are sure that this project will become a benchmark for high-end residential apartments in the city”, said Mr Ravindra Pai, MD, Century Real Estate, in the release.
