Mantri Developers have launched Mantri Serenity, a new residential project in Bangalore.

Unitech, the integrated developer of large-scale real estate project, plans to launch ‘Uniworld Resorts', a residential project in the midst of bustling Electronic City, Phase - I, Bangalore.

According to a press release from the company, Century Renata comprises 36 exclusive units on a 1.5 acre property.

This Rs 140-crore project will have units on four-floors with ample parking space and private gardens for each apartment. The penthouses range between 4,000 sq. ft and 6,000 sq. ft.

“There are very few sites of this size in the CBD area of Bangalore and we are sure that this project will become a benchmark for high-end residential apartments in the city”, said Mr Ravindra Pai, MD, Century Real Estate, in the release.
