Yuga Homes Ltd has launched a 600-apartment residential project, the Alta Vida, at Thaiyur on the Old Mahabalipuram Road.
Yuga Homes is promoted by the promoters of the integrated construction company, Consolidated Construction Consortium Ltd, which will handle the construction at Alta Vida, where over 6 lakh sq.ft of built-up space is to come up on a 5-acre plot.
The project is to come up in two phases with about 400 units in the first phase in blocks of stilt + 12 floors. Each unit of 1- to 3-BHK will range from 570 to about 1,300 square feet. The units will be priced from about Rs 15 lakh - Rs 40 lakh and targets a fast-selling segment. Yuga Homes Ltd, along with CCCL, is developing this project under a joint venture development model. The joint venture partner for this project is Shatapatri Estates Pvt Ltd constituting the landowners.
Yuga Homes Ltd has completed ongoing and tied-up projects with a total built-up area 1.85 million sq.ft.
