Mahindra Logistics IPO

The ₹700-crore IPO of Mahindra Logistics is likely to open by end-October. Incorporated in 2007, the company provides third-party supply-chain and people transport solutions like warehousing, transportation, in-factory logistics, value-added services, people transport solutions and freight forwarding.

The company offers 19.33 million equity shares for sale, which includes 9.66 million equity shares of its parent Mahindra and Mahindra. Besides, other shareholders — Normandy Holdings and Kedaara Capital Alternative Investment Fund — are selling 9.27 million and 0.39 million shares, respectively.

Airtel offers EMI options

For wannabe Apple iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus buyers, Airtel online store offers an option to do so by making a down payment of ₹7,777 and ₹16,300, respectively. The balance is paid through 24 equal monthly instalments of ₹2,499.

Further, iPhone 7 Plus (32 GB) and iPhone 7 Plus (128 GB) are being offered at a down payment of ₹17,300 and ₹26,000, respectively, and 24 monthly instalments of ₹2,499 each.

The offer is bundled with added benefits which include 30 GB data, unlimited calls (local, STD, and national roaming). This also includes one free connection to a family member and free Airtel handset damage protection.

Jio will be back this November

Reliance Jio is expected to open the second phase of bookings by end-October or starting November, according to reports from PTI. Around six million Jio phones were booked in the first phase, which opened in August 2017.

Users need to pay ₹1,500 as refundable deposit to get the phone and 4G features. The deposit will be refunded after 36 months. Users who return the phone in the first year can still get a refund of ₹500, provided they had recharged to the extent of ₹1,500 during the year.
