Orris Infrastructure, a real estate developer in the National Capital Region, has started work on a 25-acre residential project, the Carnation Residency, in Sector 85, New Gurgaon.,
According to a press release from Orris, work on the project is in full swing and the homes are expected to be delivered in 2013 as per the schedule. The project comprises 2, 3, 3+1 and 4 BHK apartments, the size of which ranges from 1,050 to 1,900 sq ft with the basic sale price starting from Rs 42 lakh. The location is well connected with Dwarka Expressway, Airport, ISBT and proposed Metro Station, the release said.
Orris has more than 1,000 acres of land bank and launched premium commercial and residential spaces along NH-8. The land bank is in prime locations next to NH-8 and a number of sectors in New Gurgaon.
