My favourite airport: Singapore Changi Airport, one of the world’s busiest and most efficient airports, and arguably the most significant transportation hub in South-East Asia.
What I like about it: From 2013 till present, Changi Airport has been rated as the World’s Best Airport for six consecutive years. And with all the luxurious experiences that this airport has to offer, it truly deserves the accolade it has received.
First off, the wide variety of mouth-watering cuisines available at the airport is something I look forward to whenever I travel to Singapore. If I have some time to spare, I end up treating myself with a spa session, watching a movie or wandering through the aviation gallery. With a large number of buses to the city centre, the airport also scores high on the connectivity front. Whenever I visit the city, Changi airport never fails to impress!
What could be improved: It is impeccable the way it is. I honestly would like to see no change.
Other airports I like: After Changi, I would put Hong Kong International Airport and Incheon International Airport in Seoul, South Korea, on my list of favourites. These airports have great visual appeal and an overall focus on flyer convenience.
