My favourite airport : Hamad International airport
What I like about it : I travel often to Doha on business and I personally always enjoy passing through Hamad International Airport. Being a brand new airport, it is strongly focused on delivering a great passenger experience and every aspect is designed for convenience. As a business traveller, I particularly like the fact that everything is automated, from check-in to boarding, so getting through the airport is fast and easy.
What could be improved : It is hard to fault anything in the airport as everything works so well though the long walking distances can be a challenge when you are running late for a flight.
Other airports I like : Mumbai Airport. Being one of the many world-class airports in India, this has been the first among Indian airports in implementing latest technology, for example, common use terminal equipment (CUTE), common use self service (CUSS) kiosk, airport management system (AMS), self bag drop (SBD), border control gates, etc. Despite the rapid growth, and record breaking flight movement (1,004 flight movements in 24 hours in November 2018) while being limited by space constraints, the airport is constantly transforming its operations and leveraging technology to continue to deliver a great travel experience.
