My favorite airport: Heathrow Airport, London

What I like about it: Despite being one of the busiest airports in the world, I’m mesmerised at how efficiently and seamlessly Heathrow operates! First there is the friendly and efficient staff. Next, for people looking to relax, there is the opulence of luxury lounges and gourmet food options. To take it one step further, you can have personal assistants who eagerly help you find and shop at the world famous duty free shopping zone of T5.

As a frequent business traveller at the airport, I personally enjoy their business lounges with well demarcated work and leisure zones.

You can easily switch between leisure and business modes and there is enough and more to please you.

What could be improved: Because of the sheer size of the airport, it tends to take a little time for security checks and walking around the long terminals. Some transport for travel within the airport would be very helpful for tired passengers.

Others airports I like: I absolutely adore Singapore airport for its look and feel aside from other facilities. I also love Dubai airport. Their first class lounge is at par with premium hospitality service.
