The lure of going abroad

A recent Boston Consulting Group survey finds that the US, UK and Canada are the most popular destinations for those from other countries wanting to work abroad. The proportion of people willing to work abroad is high in developing economies or those experiencing political instability.The US is the top foreign work destination, seen as appealing by 42 per cent of job seekers. Next are the UK and Canada. BCG and The Network surveyed job seekers in 189 countries to learn what factors motivate them.

PwC’s Fit for Growth Index is based on these very pillars that constitute a winning organisation – strategic clarity, optimal resource allocation and a supportive organisation. The study surveyed 200 companies globally.
