Professional motor car racer
1 Every aspect of myself has to be razor sharp and ready to go whenever an opportunity may arise. Therefore, my routine consists of a lot of mental and physiological exercises along with laid out cardio and strength exercises.
2 I have a set pattern every day but my exercise and conditioning evolves every 3 months.
3 On a particularly stressful day, I do more intense work outs, listen to music and play with my dog. I also play squash, football, surf from time to time and watch a few movies to relax. I read autobiographies as well.
4 I follow a normal diet with carbohydrates, vitamins, pastas, salads, soups and vegetables. I try to avoid deep fried food. But there is one cheat day!
5 During a race week, my day begins at 6 am for a run and lots of warm up exercises, breakfast at 8 am and then onto the race track. On weekends, I stay up late and generally go out to unwind.
