Divya Jain - CEO and Founder, Safeducate
1. I am tuned to different genres of workouts and constantly try out new forms of exercises. I have trained in kick-boxing for years and these days am working on my boxing technique. I feel weight lifting is essential for women to gain strength and for a toned body
2. I genuinely believe that you are what you eat and I am extremely conscious of what I eat. Lots of water, limiting the number of carbs and bread, lots of berries and avocado, almond milk, nuts and then when I have to cheat, it’s dark chocolate
3. Music and especially dancing are my go to’s after a crazy week of work madness. I love everything from classical Kathak, hip hop, meringue to Bollywood
4. Travel for me is an important element to break out of the monotony of everyday routine and centre myself. It gives me time to evaluate life and what really is important to me. I also love integrating travel with experiences, whether it is bog walking in Tallinn, scuba diving in the Maldives or tai chi in China
5. My kids, Noor and Zahaan, keep me super active and their favourite pastime past time is to make me run after them virtually every evening. My day ends late at 11.30 or sometimes 12, with a light meal, reading, plus Netflix
