1 My day begins early, around 6 am. It begins with a short walk and a light breakfast — simple stuff like toast and egg with tea or a light South Indian breakfast

2 Contrary to some of the fad diets, mine is restricted to exactly three meals a day: a light breakfast, binge lunch, and butter milk for dinner. There is a cheat meal for dinner once or twice a week

3 De-stressing is purely by travelling to different destinations across the globe at least once in two months. Regular holidays are crucial but I grab “me time” wherever I can during the day

4 Completely off technology time sinks – WhatsApp, Facebook, etc. The phone is used for calls and emails, and emails are shut down over the weekends and holidays. My attitude to life is “living in the moment” inspired by my favourite movie "About Time".

Don't think about past or future, enjoy the little joys that make up every day

5 My day ends with family time, with wife and son. I am not a late-night person and I believe that enough sleep without a sleep deficit is healthier than any diet
