1. Start Fresh: I wake up at six every morning and begin my day with Pranayam, some meditation, lots of positive energy and gratitude for all the blessings bestowed.
2.Eat Right: Being a vegetarian, my diet includes vegetables, fruits, with typical Indian meals and wholesome snacks in my daily diet. I also consume lots of herbal tea, dry fruits and herbs to make my diet more nourishable and healthy. During the day, I also keep myself hydrated by drinking plenty of water.
3. De-Stress: Long showers, massages and invigorating workouts are a great way to de-stress. I also try to spend as much time as possible out in the open with nature with lotsof laughter with friends and family. For peace and blessings, I visit the Fire Temple.
4. Living Life to the Fullest: Life, for me is a holiday. I enjoy every moment of it. During my ‘me-time’, I pray, meditate, work out or go for massages. I also like to watch educational shows on Discovery Science, NatGeo and History Channel.
5. The Perfect Ending: At the end of the day, I just have a long shower, then simply cut off to wake up Rejuvenated, Revitalised and get myself Mickeymised!
