1 After six hours of sleep, my day begins with a litre of detox water and green juice/smoothie. This helps set the tone for my day as an instant energiser. A filling breakfast of quinoa and eggs follows. Lunch and dinner are mostly home-cooked comfort food.
2 Squash helps me channel my energy, and I play every day for at least 45 minutes, when in town.
3 To calm my mind, I take a diving trip at least once a year, usually in the Mauritius. It helps slow my mind down and cut loose from the chaos. I enjoy every moment of the quietness and the slow pace I can only get under water.
4 I like a good game of football to spend time with friends. I enjoy the competitive spirit of the game and mostly the strategising part of it. So it’s a mix of all the things I really love.
5 I wind down by reading every night to stimulate the mind — authors like Seth Godin and Harry Beckwith. Music helps me relax even more; I prefer classic rock and soft rock.
