My Five | No to frequent caffeine, yes to archery & cycling

1. Over the last few years, I have relied on morning jogging and yoga to kick-start my day, which give me perspective even in the trickiest of situations.

2. There are no short cuts to a healthy lifestyle, and a hectic work routine makes it even more difficult to follow a regime. However, my secret lies in the simplest of things as I depend heavily on home-cooked meals, fresh fruits and vegetables, avoiding processed foods and added sugar as much as I can. Also, a big no to frequent caffeine intake.

3. I take some time off for Archery as it helps me bring focus in life and builds strong, unhindered attention to the goal.

4. Being close to nature works like therapy for me, and I enjoy cycling in the mornings or occasional hikes with my wife and friends.

5. I unwind my day by spending time with family, which is a complete joy and great stress-buster.
