My Five: Nobroker.com's Akhil Gupta says squash, meditation & laughter help him keep fit

Akhil Gupta, co-founder, Nobroker.com says:

1. Meditation. Be it for five minutes on some days to 30 minutes on good days, I make sure to include meditation in my daily routine. It's great just to snap out of the daily stress and reset your body.

2. No sugar. This has been a big move on my part towards a healthy lifestyle. It's tough to stay away from tea or coffee while at work, so I decided to remove the sugar from them. This allows me to occasionally indulge in guilt-free mithai munching. 

3. Walk. Yes, I completely stick by this most simple form of exercise. I try to walk at the lake near my house every day for an hour to keep a check on my weight.

4. Laughter. No I'm not part of any morning laughter clubs. But yes, I do laugh to my heart's desire with my daughter. There is nothing better than a dose of good laugh and playtime with her to ease off my tension.

5. Squash and table tennis. Since my school days, I used to love playing Squash and till date, it is one of my favorite sports and I try to play it on the weekends. Also, I have recently stayed playing squash in office. I play two intense sets of 15 minutes each. It helps me in feeling energized throughout the day.
