‘Find time alone, away from sensory overload’
1. I get out of bed and rush to the drawing room, make myself a glass of apple cider vinegar and read the paper.
2 I am not choosy about food and have never survived a diet for more than a day. My reward system comes from good food, so no compromise there. I travel constantly and stay away from food that may not be hygienic. A lot of street food has been replaced with fresh and dry fruits. A simple banana has saved me several typhoid moments!
3Remove negatives from your life. Finding time alone is important in these crazy days of sensory overloads and clutter.
4I work out three times a week, about 45 minutes — free-hand workouts and athletic drills. Recently I’ve started yoga. A good bitching chat session with an old friend is a lifesaver too!
5The best stress-buster is to take a break, get out of the city and spend time with Nature. I sometimes lose myself in the city and am unable to hear my own self — getting away has been a great lifesaver.
