1. My day begins at 7:30 am with a glass of warm water, chia seeds and fruits. This combination everyday for three years now has worked well for me and I feel energised and ready to go. I then get into my exercise routine for the day, which includes either walking or antigravity (aerial) yoga. I love this part of my morning, which is dedicated fully to balance me out for the rest of the day.

2. I don’t exclude anything completely from my diet. I have a wholesome balanced meal that involves eating everything in moderation.

3 . I love reading and getting lost in the world of my books. That really destresses me and books like Many Lives, Many Masters, Laws of the Spirit World and Inner Engineering draw me in completely. Another stressbuster is travelling and visiting new places to seek inspiration and ideas for my jewellery collections.

4 . My ‘me–time’ is crucial. Every day I spend about 90 minutes alone, reflecting on the day’s events to maintain a balanced attitude. Travel also helps to gain a perspective and evolve.

5. My day usually ends with listening to my favourite piece of music (Davide Swarup, Music for Hang) and unwinding with a book like The Man from Zara.
