1) I know this sounds rather clichéd, but I begin my day with lemon hot water and a spoon of Dabur Chavanprash!
2) I eat small meals through the day and keep my food simple. I try not to eat carbs and desserts at night and generally prefer food that is grilled and cooked in olive oil. I also drink lime water 3-4 times in a day as a cleanser.
3) I make it a point to exercise everyday, no matter where in the world I am! A quick lap in the pool helps me de-stress too. Whenever work permits, I travel. London is my favourite destination. A close second would be the Greek islands. Beaches are the best stress busters.
4) I need some 'me time' every day. Amidst work pressures, I like to find a few moments for myself just catching up on news, exercising, watching 'TV, listening to music. Getting some space helps me channelise my thoughts.
5) I generally end my day by watching some TV. Currently I'm catching up on the “Game of Thrones”. I listen to some old school/ classical music before bed
