Sumant Sinha (Chairman & CEO, ReNew Power)
1 Managing food intake most of the time with an occasional month or two of carb-free diet after a gluttonous vacation or an elaborate family
wedding.
2 Gym : An hour with a fitness trainer at least three days a week. I also ensure my trainers and tracks are a permanent feature in my travel bag as they help me keep up with my exercise routine.
3 Yoga : Pranayama, meditation and Kriya combination works for me. My grandmother, who is now 98, taught me yoga when I was 7! Both of us still practice it regularly!
4 Morning walks on the picturesque golf course I live on (which is becoming difficult with the pollution in NCR) as often as I can morning and evening is one activity which I look forward to.
5 Golf and an occasional game of squash and tennis, respectively, with my son, who plays nationally, and daughter, who captains her varsity team, are challenging now but surely some of the most joyful and fun ways which help me stay both mentally complete and physically fit.
