Two new gaming laptops from Asus’s Republic of Gamers (ROG) line-up are available for pre-order in India. ROG variants GL503 and GX501, both running on Intel’s 8th Gen processor, are available on Flipkart, Croma and Asus’ exclusive stores from April 17, a company release said.
Both the GL503 and GX501 sport the Nvidia GTX 10 series graphics units and are equipped with 120Hz and 144Hz high refresh rates, respectively. “Users are expecting much immersive gaming experience now,” says Arnold Su, Business Development Manager, ASUS India.
Asus claims that the ROG GX501 (Zephyrus), featuring a blade-inspired design, is the world’s thinnest gaming laptop. It has a 15.6-inch FHD IPS panel and boasts of fast visuals with minimal ghosting and motion blur. The ROG Strix GL503 claims to offer superior display features. It comes with 3ms gray-to-gray (GTG) response with 130 per cent sRGB colour range for better imagery and colour reproduction.Price: ROG GL503: ₹109,990. ROG GX501: ₹299,990.
