Info Edge (India) board on August 27 has accepted the request of Ambarish Raghuvanshi to de-classify him from the category of Indian Promoters and classifying his residual shareholding in the company under ‘Non-Promoters/Public Shareholding’ with immediate effect.
In a communication to the stock exchange, the company said Raghuvanshi ceased to be the whole-time director and chief financial officer of the company at close of May 31, 2014.
