M M Forgings has posted a marginal rise in fourth quarter net profit at Rs 6.82 crore, from Rs 6.79 crore the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Total income was Rs 94 crore (Rs 93 crore).
For the year ended March 31, 2013, the company posted net profit of Rs 24.44 crore, down eight per cent from Rs 26.75 crore in the previous year. Total income for the year rose three per cent to Rs 361 crore. MM Forgings has declared an interim dividend payment of Rs 3 on each share.
