P Bhaskara Narayana, Director and Chief Financial Officer of Natco Pharma Ltd, is no more.
The 1955-born corporate executive and industry expert passed away on October 21, 2014 after prolonged illness, the Hyderabad-based company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange. He is survived by his wife and two sons.
Bhaskara Narayana had joined Natco Pharma in 2000 and played a key role in the company’s growth. Earlier, he had served in VST Industries, Ambhuja Petrochemicals, Mahindra & Mahindra and SOL Pharmaceuticals, among others.
He was a senior member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Institute of Cost Accounts of India and was also associated with the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce in various capacities.
