Natco Pharma on Monday said its net profit for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 declined by 4.32 per cent to Rs 14.38 crore, as against Rs 15.03 crore for the same period of previous fiscal.
Total income for the quarter ended March 31, 2011 stood at Rs 115.30 crore as against Rs 127.38 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2010.
Net profit for the year ended March 31, 2011 rose to Rs 53.51 crore from Rs 48.72 crore in the last fiscal.
Total income of the company stood at Rs 483.07 crore for the year ended March 31, 2011 as against Rs 474.87 crore in the previous fiscal.
Shares of Natco Pharma today closed at Rs 286.45 on the BSE, up 2.34 per cent from its previous close.
