PTC Fuels, an Indian Oil ‘Xtracare' retail outlet at Pattom here, has been awarded the quality certification by Bureau Veritas India. An Indian Oil spokesman said here that the service audits covered quality and quantity, customer service, housekeeping and facilities.
The Inspector-General of Police, Mr K. Padmakumar, unveiled a copy of the certificate displayed prominently at the PTC Fuels outlet and handed over the original to the dealer, Mr Biju Jacob, in the presence of Mr Ullas Kamath, General Manager (Retail Sales), and Mr V. M. Harikumar, Senior Divisional Retail Sales Manager, Indian Oil.
