BEML bags SCOPE award

BEML Ltd, a public sector undertaking, has won the ‘SCOPE Award for Excellence and Outstand Contribution to the Public Sector Management – Special Institutional Category (Turnaround)’ for the year 2013-14. P Dwarakanath, CMD, received the award at a function held recently at New Delhi from President Pranab Mukherjee. SCOPE Excellence Awards have been instituted by the Standing Conference of Public Enterprises (SCOPE) and conceptualised to recognise the contribution of public enterprises.
