Dr Satyanarayana Dash, independent director on the Bharat Electronics board has resigned, a company release said.
Dr Dash, former Union Secretary, had served in various Government departments including steel, automobiles and capital goods in industries such as machine tools, textile machinery, processing machinery, heavy electricals and power equipment machinery.
