In public-private partnership, DLF Ltd and Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) will build a 16-lane road network in Gurgaon. The estimated investment in this 8.3 km road network is Rs 550 crore.
“The total cost of the project is Rs 550 crore and the major part of the construction contract awarded to IL&FS for Rs 400 crore. Huda will contribute Rs 220 crore and rest will be contributed from DLF. The project is stated to be completed in three years,” Mr Sanjey Roy of DLF said.
