Escorts to sell tractors in Cambodia

Tractor manufacturer Escorts Ltd on Wednesday said it had entered Cambodia with the launch of its premium tractor range - Farmtrac. The company has collaborated with Tata International, which will operate as the distributor (Tata South East Asia (Cambodia) Ltd) of the brand. The Farmtrac series is aimed at taking agriculture in Cambodia to the next level, the company said, adding that with a range from 25 HP to 110 HP and four-wheeled drive, the model was best suited for paddy, sugarcane, palm and rubber plantations.
