Mr Pankaj Kapoor, Managing Director of Harrisons Malayalam Ltd, has resigned.
The company in a release to exchanges said Mr Kapoor has resigned and he would be relieved from the services of the company on the close of working hours on June 30, 2012.
The company has also said that the board of directors at its meeting held on May 15 has decided to take the consent of the shareholders by way of postal ballot for transferring its ‘Project Division’ to its wholly owned subsidiary namely HML Engineering Company Ltd.
